That’s litteraly the point of the new animation for the gambling box.
You were never really next anything else that what you got. The animation is juste there to tease you “Oh look you got this hot garbage, but maybe if you spend a little more silver you will get this shiny event squad”.
The point is to create frustration to make sure that you will spend more on the game.

Exactly, hahaha, this system became famous in CS:GO, with the famous boxes that actually cost more than these ones. They saw that the idea was good, and did it, but it’s all visual. After all, from the moment you click to open the boxes, the result is immediate, so much so that some DECALS appear right at the beginning, even before you know what the first item you received is, hahaha.

I’m not surprised, if the dev rats put a zero chance on the old daily log boxes where the most expensive thing you could earn was a golden weapon order, let alone this…
I’m not saying they’ll give everything away with a 25% chance, but I’m not saying they’re hungry rats, as we know they are.

But watching the rolls, it was absurd how I ended up next to the wonderful weapons, or even bad weapons, but the roll somehow managed to skip to the next item, in a THIEVING way.
What’d you got there?
I spent over 200k-ish silvers for the boxes (40 pulls iirc) and only got 1 squad which is the French guerilla squad. mfw
I got the M1A1 Carbine and the Soviet Gaz AA Truck… I wanted the Flakpanzer I :<

That sucks. For me, I’m aiming for that Horn STG squad. Too bad, I’m almost bankrupt now. Only have 40k silvers now. I hate gambling, but I can’t stop.

The Mystery box is a scam. The best prize I won was 1,000 in silver, which I won twice. However, it took 10,000 in silver to win 2,000 in Silver. Not much of a reward IMOP 
The Mystery box IMOP is a complete waste of time, it’s the Dev’s way of slowing players progression.
