Tiger in Stalingrad would be believable. There was some quite near, while the battle still raged. Makes more sense than jumbo on a sunny day beach landing…

Tiger 1 and MKB42H was already in service while the battle of Stalingrad begins.
It will be difficult to historical accurately separate equipment only by map.
Lets talk about existing campaign, how do you know that all the equipment are really used in the campaign?
Do you have any document or photo to prove they are really involved in the campaign?
The only feasible way to is to separate them by time period.

I mean ZH is great example where we have more of them in game than have ever been produced lol. And for sure was not used in Africa, he knows all this, but still cryies all the time on forums.

In truth, it will all depends if commonwealth forces and USA forces are combined.
If they are, then the king of Morocco will invade Japan isles.
If they aren’t, they will probably just remain in Tunisia

Iirc so far, only Itals will stay in Africa, basically become the European Japan. I am not sure about the Brits.

Also now that you mention it, French resistance, or leftovers army would make fantastic premiums.
If they are gonna split Italians, Brits should be seperated too. We shall see, we didnt even get the QnA yet.

The thing is, there are no Italian squads outside of Africa, only their guns, but used by Germans. The Brits are present as premiums in France and I dont know if the Churchill or the Firefly would make fun for Italy to play against. If you count Pacific Aussies, we even have three campaigns, which tEcHnIcAlLy have Tommies.
And since they argue with Japan that its for iMmErSiOn, I dont know where they make sense since they dont even have winter coats and the T-50 wouldnt make much fun either.
