The probability of having a coupon for weapons should be reversed with that of having a coupon for soldiers.
It is almost impossible to get enough to buy a gun or explosives after a few levels. This is a problem when you need to equip a single soldier, but it’s really annoying when you need to arm the whole squad.

You get one bronze order per battle at least if you don’t complete any other battle tasks. You also get stuff every time a new squad unlocks. Even with 3 additional squads in the field I can equip all of them and still have 20 medpacks in stockpile, 10 grenades, and so many guns I would’t be able to count them. Are the guns I use all full stars? No, but they don’t need to be, that would take away the “dream” of having a fully upgraded squad we all want.
Not enought? I have 40 for both to spend 
If you don’t have enough guns and explosives for your new soldiers/squads, you can unequip the weapons from the old soldiers to give them to the new squad members.

Are you talking about bronze or silver of each type be more specific please? I would argue if your talking mostly bronze orders then you are at the mercy of a poorly weighted RNG system.
Which in my mind normally gives you the exact opposite of what you really need to properly equip your squads. IMO they should let you buy silver with bronze orders at some reasonable exchange rate …
Then maybe you might actually have something…

Something like a trade rate of 5 or 10 bronzes for 1 silver would be good yeah. That way silver orders aren’t a limited resource and spare vehicle parts are no longer a zero sum game. That way something like a Pzb 39 will cost you 10 or so bronze orders if you want to buy it directly.
They are not limited. After finishing battlepass there are repeating rewards that give you unlimited silver orders for weapons and troopers.

Good to know. Gears 5 had a similar feature, but most games don’t so I assumed you only got what you saw. I’m still quite a ways off from my Battlepass, so finding out would have taken me some time.
I recommend completely unequipping squads you are not using in your lineup if you are short on supplies. Other than class-specific weapons, you have a lot of equipment that can be used on everyone sitting around in reserves. I was having trouble getting medkits on all my guys, and I don’t use my standard-issue infantry squad anymore, so i unequipped it all, and suddenly I have a surplus
Thanks for the advice, but almost all my units are equiped with the kar98, while I wanted to buy at least one gewher 43, for exemple.
All my non-used units are already looted
