Agree, it is very destructive as an anti-infantry tank, and it is very good against M5A1 or M8, but against M4A2 and Jumbo is just ploffy XDDD

Normandy wasn’t only liberated by usa, though. Brits made their comeback and there also was crazy Canucks (:heart:). Firefly would work. If not, then the easy8 wich is basically the same thing (in terms of effectiveness)

It is very good in some aspects, but as some of the allies have jumbos and Shermans, it gets kinda overwhelmed, but is a very good tank, i agree with that

Yes and no, it is if you like to keep still but if you can keep your awareness up then infantry isn’t much of a problem for tanks

the Canadians, they have cleared a beach and in the game we have the ross the firefly is also the best sherman so why not

Would like to see some British Inf and Tanks in Normandy. And yes firefly was there but not in great numbers

The enlisted normandy map is only a small part of the real invasion so maybe wy not

True, but for a 3rd tier unlock, I think the Firefly would be too much of a jump, a standard Sherman would suffice and when the Germans get the tiger, then the E8 or Firefly would make sense (if mixed nations arrive)

Yes it can - but it helps to be polite, ask nicely, and not be a cockwomble - I recommend bringing a little gift along - flowers are often a favourite.

Not against the Panther from the front they wouldn’t - there is no shell Shermans 75’s carry that can kill it.

And from the side the existing one should be able to do so anyway.

Plus if you giveh te Shermans hte APHE shell that (should - again!) royally screw P3’s and P4’s that are currently quite tough for hte 75mm.

yes the next tank is panther…panther im not sure is able to “eat” a jumbo but then whats the new american tank? the only tanks i can think of since they have the jumbo and the easy eight is worse than the jumbo are: the calliope, the pershing, the super pershing or the comet. then again its gaijin i wouldnt be surprised if the germans get panther and the allies get the abrams XD
