I ask myself a question and I don’t understand something …?
I just waited for level 39 of the Normandy campaign with the Germans but the gauge to take me to level 40 of the campaign moves at the end of the game but it goes back to 0 afterwards?? Is it normal or is it just a problem?
Congrats, you’re max level, any xp you gain from now on is wasted.
Finish leveling your soldiers or squads, those can still be upgraded if you haven’t already, if you wonder what to do next, play the same campaign for fun or go to another one.
Yep, like @Comunistinha answer, You can look xp bar going to lv40, but there it’s not a lv40, so, You still in lv39, You can try another faction or use another squads to upgrade them
Not necessarily a waste from the xp since you can get more bronze and silver weapon orders from it to upgrade your weapons.
