This is completely random but extremely irritating. I have a problem where my team mates just camp in the spawn, NEVER play engineer and most of the people have less than 20 kills by the end of the match. Are all of them bots? Or are they so bad they get almost no kills?

Try it on one of the other servers, this usually fixes it for me.

My experience was the exact opposite to be honest.
Probably bots. People are on the new campaign.
Either that or everyone is rightfully hiding from the raw, horrific power of the Browing 1919.
Mayby axis players found new, even easier campaing last week…

Bots rush the objective at all cost as far as I know. So probably they are players.

Normandy Axis is much better than Moscow Axis in my timezone, at least I got nearly same win rate in Normandy, but 85% vs 68% in Moscow.
