It’s been a while since I stopped playing Germany (I used to prefer the military police uniforms) and switched to the Soviets. I’ve noticed that only Assault class variants seem to have the standard NKVD uniform, and only in the Moscow campaign.
Is there any way to make the Stalingrad or Berlin squads look similar?

The NKVD was disbanded in 1943, so they shouldn’t be in Berlin.

really (I feel like a chatGPT who got caught making a mistake)
NKVD wasnt disbanded in 1943 it was disbanded in 1946 but more of not disbanded but renamed and split to two things:
- MVD
- KGB
But i recommend using this wonderful wikipedia page to learn more
NKVD - Wikipedia
But i am not directing you to other platforms its for your own choice.

What’s wrong? I’d like to avoid конкретизируя, but I’m afraid my shitty translator won’t be able to translate the term correctly

unfortunately not.
the soviets do not have nkvd uniforms in stalingrad as of yet.
and neither in berlin to apply on your squads.
there are however, some squads that do come with nkvd uniforms by default:
primarily, the no longer obtainable pre merge:
the 114th mortar battalion:
the 38th anti tank battalion:
the 273rd guards infantry regiment:
which if you didn’t unlocked before, you can’t do now.
and, as in the picture, the event squad with the drum thommy gun do have NKVD coats across all campaigns.
which can be obtained through silver box rng. ( though. since you haven’t been playing by a while, potentially, even if you get a squad, chances may be low. but never to 0 i suppose )
