I wouldn’t appreciate that. It’s a huge no from me.

Would be too chaotic

While you are at it ask to remove friendly markers so I can teamkill everyone with a 250 bomb stafe run and have a toxic experience that would make all my team rage quit.

friendly fire in a free to play enivorement it’s like putting ingredients infront of your dog to make a cake.

what do you think it’s going to happen?

a total mess.

so, weather it’s " funny " to see,
it’s not funny to deal with it.
( not to mention, the artillery is already annoying )

regarding map night, gamma is a thing. as such, it wouldn’t really improve your game experience ( as everyone can rise it therefore you’ll be the only one “blind”).

Even on pay games like hell let loose.

Spawn
run 2km to a point in foot with no action at sll
finally get on a solid good position to engage enemy’s
get killed by friendly fire
repeat

Okay okay you are right, Frindly Fire and removing of Teammarkers would be too chaotic, but come on, how intense it would be, a deep dark night, everything is silent, the “Woooshh” of the climbing flare in the sky and hell break loose ^-^, maybe as an “Cinematic event” at the start of an battle or something.

if sometimes is already hard to see in the shadows enemies a can’t imagine how would be at night…

It wouldn’t be intense lmao

There’s never a moment in Enlisted that feels intense as it’s mostly just an arcade experience at best with fast ttk’s

Get that “Saving private Ryan” line when they storm the beach.

Germans have the beach zeroed, you either move or get killed by mortar and arty :joy:

The Fortified District really hurt my eyes.
To make match fun without having to damage players’ eyes.
Night maps can be make SMALLER than regular maps to avoid sniping.

I do like night maps, like RO2’s Barrack. Its design like small and “bright” is fun also avoid snip&camping.

I love Mamayev Kurgan and Red October Factory from RO2 with the winter night atmosphere. Just don’t make stupidly dark ones like War Thunder do.

Brilliant idea, night battles in Berlin or another city would be awesome! I agree, except friendly fire & team markings should stay. Of course there would be periodic light by fires, explosions and flares

What about no.

Low light conditions will make this game even more cqb, which is already a problem.
In order to remove friendly markers, many things would have to be added. For example you would need a different animations for different sides as it’s done in Red Orchestra. You would have to remove some models and replace them with more “standard” one where it’s possible to distinguish friend or foe from a silhouette.
You would need a different map design where full flank won’t be possible. You would need some mechanism to quickly remove intentional team killers.

Yeah and disable the “disconnect” button, because ppl want to jump out of those battle. And disable deinstall…

I have my problems even in daylight and you want night battles.

Your definition of fun is definetly not mine.

It would be not that cqb and more tactical gameplay if they invent for mortar squads option to shoot illumination rounds. I think night maps could have a lot of potential for fun gameplay.

and you think that the mortar players start firing flares instead of scoring points
