you mean the invasion of italy, thus should not the us uk allies get some italian units and maybe gear
given that the us uk invaded italy sept 3
and by october 13 italy switched sides

We still need more Japan maps. Iwo Jima, Okinawa, Peleliu or any other late war pacific map should be next

Well if they give far east front and Iwo Jima they can shift for other campaigns since we need to play them and then they can do the rest of the Japanese campaigns but Iwo Jima and Far East Front are the most needed.

i don’t know why everyone wants to move on the next thing,
when:

stalingrad & battle of the bulge have been barely addressed beside 2 maps
-
berlin, normandy & pacific still have way more maps to offer
i’m not satisfied how maps have been outright forgotten.

Normally, a map in Italy and other locations would suit me, but now that the developers are releasing something for the Japanese, it would be good to continue in this direction in order to avoid repetitive gameplay and attract more players to the Japanese faction.

And for the suggestion, I propose the Battle of Myitkyina.
The Siege of Myitkyina was an engagement during the 1944 Burma Campaign, in World War II.
Facing the Japanese were the British, the Americans, and the Chinese.
Adding this map would allow for the inclusion of more Japanese and Chinese squads!

How true. The in-game version of Normandy we have it’s pathetic. It’s the most Temu version of Normandy from any WW2 game I’ve ever played. It feels so Beta-ish with how small it is, and the way all maps are interconnected and can be easily spotted when parachuting makes the whole thing feel even more phoney.
I wish they would remake Normandy from scratch, delete it and start all over. But that’d be too radical…

My Main interest is North Africa and Italy. (perhaps Battle of France)
Pretty bored with the other theatres. Manchuria was never going to stir my interest enough to hang about. Didnt even make it all the way through the last few events and BP (just the commonwealth stuff)

italy would be cool, rich, vibrant.
But also Dutch maps hopefully in future… barely any maps in holland, arnhem, rotterdam, driel bridge…

I’d like to see maps of Germany for the Western Allies, like Ruhr or Cologne. By the way, Berlin’s customization could be extended to them. I think Ruhr will play like a cross between a Wald and a power plant. And Cologne will be a new city map. Perhaps something between Berlin and the Normandy city maps of Saint-Lô, Omer, and Le Bret.

Although, based on experience with campaigns in recent years, it can be said that the developers take this too literally.
I would love a Holland map, I would beg straight to darkflow headquarters if I have to for a Holland map, we need to replace the already innacurate Stalingrad on battle rating 4 to 5 with it.
