Hello new player here, i have played this game for about of 30 in game hours, and i can only say, Gaijin in what universe you thought this was good idea? Here are my two cents just like everyone else have mentioned here and otherplaces;
-New players wont be able to get enough specialist soldiers to their squad compated to previous update.
-New players will have to grind A LOOT MORE to be able to have ‘‘fun’’ again compated previously.
-Thanks to this update veteran playes will be able to dominate the maps against new players. (And yes i know lvl 30 might not be able to play against lvl 1 players, but i had to several times play in tunisia as lvl 1 against lvl 18 ‘‘grant’’ tank player. That is simply not fair. ) And now, thanks to this update the game will be EVEN MORE unfair towards new players. Unless of course you use real money…
Please Gaijin, understand that this game is still on its infancy, and you also have competor called Hell Let Loose, which unfortunetly will gain more players after this update, but if you fix this update i think players might not go to that length. Thanks for reading
Personally i liked this game, but also knew that one day gaijin would do to this game what they did to several other of their games. I dont harbor hate towards them for doing so, after all business is just business, but being this greedy this soon, may just prove to gaijin decisions like these cannot bring anything positive in long term income.
HLL appeases a different audience. I know, I was a backer. Those games require massive amounts of time to get the most out of it. If your not running with a squad or on voice. The gameplay is vastly different.
This game is geared towards pick up and play while having fun if your lone wolfing. So saying HLL is a competitor is like saying COD is a competitor to MMORPGs. Different games
Fair enough you make good points there, but still both games are ww2 shooters, but of course as you say different in their own rights. However Gaijins decions like these will most certainly cast positive light towards other games of this genre.
Personally i come from playing long time ago Heroes and Generals in 2015 - 2018, This game sort of fills the hole that game left, but unfortunetly i told myself that gaijin will prove again why people dont like them as game company. I was hoping it would have later than now…
I don’t see a problem with the new system they put it in place. If a player pays to have full squads of lvl 5 soldiers decked out, it’s not like he is going to be running around with +100% vitality and their all terminators. Give me a lvl 1 soldier and a bolt and I will still dish out damage just like a full leveled squad would, this game still relies on the players playing good. Not ai
Well sure you can still grind in this system and you can still play this game and what not, but surely people that have raised flags about this update, their opinions carry more than just pointless whining? I could still play this game if i forced myself, but i dont think i will. For me personally at the moment its less fun that it were before the update. But still im glad that perhaps you still enjoy this game.
Sorry I have been busy with RL stuff last 48hours so I haven’t gotten into the “weeds” of the problem. After reading most of the concerns, YES I do believe the silver orders issue for new players needs to be addressed
agree on that i see a lot of players struggle with the game and every time need to carry the team.
Normandy is filled with only fg42 and mp43 these days and yeah i call this bullshit becouse american weapons are mostly trash xD and most rifles are bolt action and garrand isnt that good compared Gewehr or M2 carabine to FG42 that isnt that good
