add the browning auto 5 for the allies balanced against the walther automatic shotgun for the axis
and later on the remington model 10 balanced against the becker revolving shotgun

People get mad when they start introducing weapons that weren’t used commonly by the major nations during the war
Finally, someone said about walther. Btw remington model 8 is not a shotgun. Do you mean model 10?
Also, we have m1897 trench gun with veeeery long bayonet.

As much as I love the idea of having more shotguns.
A. I don’t think those ones you suggested where used in the war.
B. Shotguns need to be useful before we add more to the game. In its current state shotguns are not useful at any range. As they still are to inconsistent to be use compared to a second line bolt action rifle.

A. they were used in small scale (for example, there were only 100 of the becker revolving shotgun)
B. i actually think shotguns got quite good for closed maps like berlin and possibly stalingrad after the making enlisted a better place N°7 update

yes, but actually no. any smg even a mp3008 its better than any shotgun even at 1 meter range.
there is no point in choosing or playing with shotguns in this game
