People needing a guide to not f themselves over is not a way to design a game not to mention thta people will want to try out the sides and the campaigns which will make the prospects they stick out even worse.

This can “work” (which it won’t) only if you play by a textbook in terms of spending and staying in one campaign. This does not apply to the average person who tries out enlisted and even if someone does it most likely get burned out and leaves cause going on a new tree from the scratch is hell startiong silver this time.
if the player decides to start another campaign, it ill take exacly the same time to do so, forget about the task orders , they are litle to no change on the overall xp rate.

Holy shit are you unable to understand that the issue is the gear? No one in their right mind will sit and with the stock guns, people can;t repalce am at a reasonable time.
The point of my video is to give new players the most efficient (in my opinion) route through the Normandy Allies (and axis, since its the same) campaign. You obviously didn’t watch the video, because I explicitly state that newer players might want to pick up some Lee Enfields, Ross Rifles or M3 Grease Guns to help ease their early grind to the M1 Garand. I even had 9ish SO’s leftover and could’ve done so myself, but chose to save them.
A player wanting to swap campaigns at the exact point of my video would be fine, I still had 9 SO’s left over. But regardless, switching might be rough for them before they grind up a bit of XP and SO’s with their newly kitted out Normandy Allies. Like I mentioned in the video that you didn’t watch, the next big point is the MG squad at 11, but past that, there isn’t much worth spending any SO’s on until the BAR A2 much later on. That’s tons of SO’s that can be spent on other campaigns, or be saved and spent buying more of the fancy cool stuff for the Normandy campaign.

Took me the four hours on stream and about 2-3 off stream to reach level 7. I expect a new player would take about twice that. But that has to do with the XP grind, which is something I’ve been saying is horrible for about 8 months now.
Even for mid tier players, it is still difficult
You will have extremely surplus of silver troops order while extreme shortage of silver weapons order. Eg. A soldier costs 1 troops order. But for him, we need 2-3 silver for weapon, 1-2 for c4 and 2 for ammo/grenade and 2-4 for mine. Summing to 7-11 weapon order for every troop order. But we only get 2 weapon for 1 troops. So it would be good to change buying equipment back to bronze order.
Previously we will be having 3 silver weapon order (late game weapons like m2, fg42 etc… or 2 if semi auto) + 8 bronze order per soldier. The grind is about 80000xp (13 bronze) + few levels from battlepass. Now grind is 2L + battlepass. (8 xtra silver order for equipment). More than double grind. So it would be best to reduce equipment cost to 1 silver order wherever we currently need 2 silver order. & 2 bronze where ever currently the equipment price is 1 silver order. Even if we leave mine, its still 1L xp current (4 silver) vs 48000 prev (8 bronze). Too much price.
Why does everyone seem to only think about this economy in a vacuum? I dont get it. Grenades come with your squads, I’m level 7 in my F2P and I have zero issue with equipping all soldiers with EP’s. Mines aren’t necessary, they rarely do anything and the average player isn’t going to do anything with them. They should be bronze not for economy reasons, but because they are literally less valuable than any other piece of equipment.
By the time you reach the level for FG42’s, M2 Carbines, AVT’s, etc, you’re going to be sitting on 50+ SO’s, and won’t have any trouble getting a squad outfitted with it. Yeah, players right now at that level with 0 silver orders are fucked, but new players who are leveling up aren’t going to have any issues. DF should’ve just given out like 20 SO’s to everyone for the new update

I still end up top 3 with stock things… But you are correct, I might not be of sound mind 
Problem is not the gear. It’s experience. Players playing since a year will always be better than new ones, in just ANY game…
I’d like a mode where real new players could learn the game, before being sent with others. Or simply a clear division, like H&G War and random mode. random mode was way, WAY more casual than War mode. Enlisted could use such a “safer” place.

I literally do every campaign and every faction other than Russians and I seem to be doing fine, doing multiple campaigns isn’t a bad thing.
same as before the Update, you can’t! change side of campaign withaut a huge ammount of order

Doing multiple campaigns slows down the grind to high levels, but it also does WONDERS to prevent boredom/burnout and to get a clearer idea of actual strengths and weaknesses of various factions.

This, I literally swtich between each campaign and faction frequently in a sitting. Though I will admit I am higher levels in axis vs American allies
I know what the point of your video is and sure it’s a helpful thing, point is that this isn’t really viable and doesn’t apply in on the ground , having to follow a guide of it self is to not f your self is not viable, cause these people are new, having to be confined to one campgaign/side is not viable.
Jesus what’s wrong with you, we got Bronze for 3k then at the start interchangeably, now it’s 25K for a silver plus that some cost more and there’s gear pieces now

Even if someone is good the gear is the problem we are talking free to play if you don’t follow the guide or move cmapign 25k for every gun you get is absurd people are not gonna be content with that
I am talking from scratch you already had guns
You are geared up already and play a excessive amount of hours, people won’t be able to get the basics to have fun now
