reduction of the combat rating for weapons and equipment for a time ( prices for every 24 hours )
1 day for 1 piece of weapons for minus 1 br 10,000 rubles for minus 2 br 20,000 rubles for minus 3 br 30,000 rubles for minus 4 br 500,000 rubles for minus 5 br 1,000,000 rubles
With technology, the prices for this option are 6 times higher.
the question is always about the price…Are you smart
and I bought krusty krabs burgers for Bikini Bottom dollars, and I consider it a more liquid currency)))
otherwise, they’ll open the topic in two days, the course will change a lot and everyone will think “why did you offer so cheap?”
or you can write ahead of time and enter the price in bottled caps from Nuka-Cola or in cartridges from Kalashnikov assault rifles.
You can link the price of this option to the price per 1 kilogram of dates on the world market. And the price of the equipment should be linked to world camel prices.
I think if that’s the case.
Then why not first implement the following measures:
For developers with a relatively low quantitative assessment of their work completion, they are required to represent the developers in conducting gaijin game live streams (and meet a certain valid battle duration and number of sessions), and they will be punished by distributing part of their bonuses fairly and impartially to players through live streams. During the game live stream, if it is found that the staff member engages in passive combat, the organizer maliciously matches (including the organizer acting as an actor in the opposing camp), or uses mouse macros and other software and hardware, additional substantial penalties will be imposed.
For three consecutive months, the number of players whose daily effective gaming time (excluding waiting in the lobby and negative combat time) exceeds two hours has increased by less than X% monthly and by less than Y% compared with previous years.
Then the developers of the relevant content will be subject to fines, have part of their salaries and bonuses confiscated, and have some free time off reduced.
If the effective game playing time of players remains low for 12 consecutive months and the hourly concurrent online rate of players is also low, the relevant responsible developers and decision-makers will be held accountable for commercial crimes. The relevant directors and department managers (including those from gaijin headquarters) will have their monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances, and even the amount of their endowment insurance reduced.
And part of the fines will be paid to the long-term online senior players of Gaijin.
Long-term procrastination, or behavior that leads to the delay of decision-making work, development tasks, and collective complaints from players. All relevant staff members who bear responsibility shall have their crimes recorded and be given substantive punishment.
i was with you for a while people braking rules and fixing games, and i would be all for sanctioning top level management the bobby kotics of the industry.

yeah thats nasty and not acceptable behavior if its happening, but holding programmer’s artists, sound engineers accountable for low budgets refusing overtime needed for fixes, firing experienced workers to hire inexperienced cheaper labor.
these are not hobbyist they live on their salaries there doing the job they were hired and paid to do. yes bonuses like tips above salaries are one thing executives that have decision making abilities are one thing. expecting people to work unpaid or time above work hours without overtime is parasitic.
maybe i am reading it wrong but you cant tie pay to goals like increasing playtime or gamer numbers without increasing the budget. debug a certain number of files add a certain amount of new content work a certain number of hours. you cant tie base pay to results on the player end thats what bonuses are for salary if for doing youre job, if i am wrong explain it to me.
What I’m talking about is something that had already happened in the past. I’m not predicting or estimating.
For instance, the protagonist of this video(in replay) once had the tag “Developer” on the forum.
(he use PC, not psn/xbox) video
