New Option for Recruitment

Wasn’t sure how to summarize in the title, but I’ll try to keep this concise and clear.

Inspired by the current “Fiery November” event, a thought occurred to me about the recent changes to acquiring new troops.

I feel like adding a persistent counter for tasks by soldier class might be a method to provide new replacement soldiers.

For example:

If, while playing as an Assaulter class, you accumulate 1500 kills using a submachine gun, you receive a new Assaulter class soldier (for simplicity I would make it similar to the Silver Order requisition, i.e., an Assaulter class soldier of Level II-V). At that point, a coupon for requisiton appears for the replacement soldier and the specific counter resets.

Just spitballing some numbers and requirements as a baseline, for:

Assaulter; 1500 enemy killed with submachine guns (as above)
AT Gunner; 50 enemy tanks destroyed.
Attacker Pilot; 500 enemy soldiers killed.
Engineer; 300 engineer build points (similar to the requirements on the event task).
Flametrooper; 300 enemy killed with a flamethrower.
Machine Gunner; 1500 enemy killed with machine guns.
Mortarman, say 2000 kills with a mortar.
Pilot; 50 enemy aircraft destroyed.
Radioman; 300 enemy killed by artillery strike.
Rifleman; 1000 enemy killed by any method (grenade, rifle, etc.)
Sniper; 1500 enemy killed.
Tanker; 2000 enemy soldiers killed.

Class II soldiers; same as their Class I counterparts, but maybe a higher kill count, more engineer points earned, and so forth.

Vehicles are trickier, since a tank might have 3-5 (or more) crew while a plane (so far) only has 1 pilot, so I’ve alternated between total kills versus vehicle kills depending on role.

I hope this makes sense. It’s clear that these values are already being tracked (looking at both the daily tasks and the event tasks) so I think this would encourage people to play different classes and more to the point, I think it would help with the grind for both Premium and F2P.

Thanks for your time.

I think you should kill Tanks and not soldiers

Maybe it’s a bit too much for just one soldier

I don’t agree with the numbers (2000 kills by mortars? Eh I’ll never do that lol),
BUT I like the general idea. It would cut some slack to ftp players, hopefully keeping them in the playerbase.

the concept is pretty good, but the numbers could use work. +1

Whenever I see any type of idea to provide more troops, I always wonder WHY the Devs would consider it. What’s in it for the developer and/or publisher?
It’s clear to me that monetization is paramount for them.
Think of an idea that increases their revenue but hinders the players progress and they’d Love it.
An idea that increases their revenue and also helps the players and they’d consider it.
But an idea that helps players and does nothing to boost their revenue….they’d ignore it.

I very much like the concept, could use some tweaking with your numbers but your concept is very sound.
Thank you for putting this idea out there. Hopefully if we give them enough ideas , and good , thoughtful ones at that (no Dev wants to listen to profanity or ultimatums) there is still hope they can use even some parts of them to help turn this game around, espically for the F2P players.

That is why in my other post I gave them some ideas on how to get money from us. After all they are a business, with bills to pay and a game to keep operational. Give the F2P players something back that makes them want to stay, and then take money from us in other ways instead that do not impact the core of the game to the new and F2P players.
