Yes. The most important thing here - in my opinion and function wise - is:

Add a function to “zero out” the optics distance. For example:

I see in front of me an enemy tank. I calibrate my tank optics to 400 Meters.
I don’t have to stupidly aim above the target.

Make it functional! Delete the red / orange / green marker (after a few matches noone needs these).
Please also add binoculars for the tank commander.

Totally agree! Having accurate and functional optics and also accurate vehicle interiors are almost a given, and one would hope the devs are planning on doing this, after they iron out other larger issues.

Also in the future, having customized and unique interior decorations could be a cool way for the devs to monetize in a way that does not piss off the community.

Often crews would have pictures of their sweethearts, or current movie stars in their cabins, and although the FOV would at times make it impossible to see the art (such as the gunner) - if you are in a plane or other stations in the tank with a wider FOV, it could add a little fluff.

I personally prefer historically accurate and or immersive elements, ESPECIALLY for items other players would see (No cartoon top hats on tanks), but if these cosmetics were just implemented internally in the cabin - where no other players can see them, then the devs could get a bit more out there with what they offer. I know of some space ship flying simulations that have custom and rare bobble heads, and other dashboard art that their players enjoy collecting… why not have it here too?

With the HUGE caveat that this type of monetization is done in BALANCE of bug fixing, and enhancing the current base game.

Binos for the tc and the (more) realistic optics would be very nice. I miss my triangles.
