New Map Teaser/Roadmap Clarification

In case you missed it; the new post about the paratrooper class showed off a new map.

This is a new map for Normandy as is made obvious by the fact that the squads are for Normandy.

And if you’ve been following the roadmap, you’ll notice that both the new class and the map are mentioned.

This also clarifies the way that the roadmap is meant to be read; so expect the new progression system to come a little later.

I wonder what the new aircraft weapon will be. Napalm? Fragmentation bombs? underwing cannons?
This will be fun.

Napalm. God, more magic fire.

I think Torpedoes, to sink ships, for new pacific map is my guess.

I doubt they will introduce anything new, my bet is they are going to add customizable payloads for aircraft, at least to a degree.

The chance is low, since there is no mention of boat or ship in the roadmap.

I doubt that they will release naval vehicles larger than the little boats on the rivers.

German planes already have additional mounted wing guns

considering we have rockets and HE bombs, i would expect next is some type of fire bomb… just hope it is not WP variant of fire bomb :face_vomiting:

there is CV in pacific. could be interesting mechanic to damage/sink ship with torpedo and restrict access to planes for enemy (for some time).

If I’m not mistaken, that is not a real ship. It is basically a floating building on sea. So it is not possible to destroy it.

Arent they bugged half of the time so fixing them moght count as feature.

it is not that hard to make it destroyable cause the mechanic is already in the game. but i guess that mechanic will not happen anywhere in near future.

I saw something a while back that referred to landing craft. Idk if this was what was being referred to on that.

Oh no.

Where did you see that?

It was a couple months ago on one of the Pacific or Normandy discussions.
