New Game Mode for 'Seasoned' Players - Thoughts?

Okay guys - there’s obviously a fair few of us who have somewhat ‘mastered’ the game and know tricks, good battle strategies and simply know how to actually fight without just plain dying in the first few seconds of spawn so how would the idea of a game mode where only the ‘seasoned’ players to battle each other? Basically to eliminate essentially ‘pros’ from beginners and the out right ‘noobs’ who run headlong at a MG-42. Say plus level 27-29 players perhaps - this would also show who has actually played the game to get to such a level versus people who have just ‘bought’ their way up (meaning they have the gear but not the skill really).

Reasoning to this suggestion is lately I’ve been playing on teams which have been either full of players who simply can’t fight for sh*t, ignore the actual objective and do their own stuff then wonder why they lose or on the flipside you can be on a team that just absolutely annihilates the opposing team meaning you win the match in a mere few minutes (which isn’t really all that fun to be honest).

So this mode would basically be for the people who are more ‘advanced’ and up their with their skills, knowledge of maps etc so therefore would create a more challenging experience and battle between sides rather than just simple washouts.

Yes I know there is the lone fighter mode obviously but this doesn’t address the issue of seasoned players being pitched against or fighting along mere beginners.

Something along these lines would be nice just so you can enter in a match and KNOW you will actually be in a battle where everyone counts and not just in some team where you have to carry along a sack of dying spawns.

I’ve played Hell Let Loose, and really if the maps were bigger, this game could do something similar to warfare. The only reason it’s faster and more hectic is the maps being small and respawns close to the action.

Just giving PC players the option to opt out of cross play with console players would help a great deal towards this goal. Since the Devs decided to allow the majority of console players to play, I’ve found that the best strategy is to equip my 3 rotating infantry squads with large grenade pouches and 3 TNT packs each. I just spam the TNT in obvious directions and it’s a slaughter. I HATE IT. Instead of playing for a few hours on a Saturday I’ll likely only play one or two matches.

maybe more a ‘ranked’ mode would be better, where it puts us among people around the same campaign level, but then again I could also be an experienced player levelling up a new campaign and absolutely shred if ranked was a thing.

You would need to keep in mind it would compound many of the game’s problems with exploitable systems.

Always the case with the giga-sweat lobbies in any game is that you’ll see the meta and every known exploit abused to the absolute max.

While you’re probably expecting a tactical and intelligent battle, all you’ll see will be dropshotters, explosive spam, “totally not aimbotting” q/e spammers, and all the like.
