Disarm kit : Allow the soldier to disarm mines and TNT. ( 1 Silver )

Mine detector and Disarm kit (tier 2 mine disarm kit) : (Allow the soldier to detect mines before hit by it) press 8 to use it , 50% more recoil of the weapon, may be possible to hit something whit a pistol. and impossible to hit something whit a Bolt action rifle. ( 2 Silver )

pliers: 100% more faster to cut barbed wire. (Good choice for assaulters) ( 1 Bronze )

Pilger’s and Barbed Wire ( Tier 2 Wire tools ) : Allow Any soldier to place Barbed wire and build it. only one barbed per soldier. ( 2 Bronze )

heavy leather coat : Allow you receive less damage from fire 50% does’ not protect against direct flame from flamethrower . (Ideal for flame troopers) ( 3 Bronze )

Gas mask and heavy leather coat ( tier 2 flame gear) : Press 8 to place a Gas mask, like binoculars, immune to phosphorus grenades. difficult vision -50 percent less stamina regeneration. ( 2 Silver )

binocular (already in game) : The same only give you more vision. ( 1 Bronze )

Grapping hook and binoculars (Tier 2 scout gear) : Allow to climb to roof of buildings. ( 2 Silver )

Radio bigger antenna : Reduces in 20% cooldown of radio man arty. -5 percent walking speed. radioman carry this item ( 2 Silver )

Ammo Bag : Allow resupply one magazine, only trooper carry this item ( 2 Bronze )

Big Ammo Bag ( Tier 2 ammo supply option ) : Allow to resupply all ammo, only troopers can use this item.
( 4 Bronze )

Pain killers : Allow the soldier to support more stability when attacked. 40% more stability for 30 seconds. press H to use like water flask. ( 1 Silver )

blood bag : Allow the medic to carry more 5 medicine. Only Medic item. ( 2 Bronze )

blood bag and surgery tools (Tier 2 Medic extra gear ): Allow the medic to carry 10 medical stacks and heal 25%, stack whit perks. Only medic item ( 1 Silver )

Extra Materials : Allow the engineer to carry some more resources, replaces the more resources perk. only Engineer carry this item ( 2 Bronze )

Extra Materials and Tools ( Tier 2 engineers supplement ) : Allow to repair vehicles and stationary guns at cost of resources. only engineers carry this item ( 1 Silver )

Helmet : Allow to receive less splash damage for explosives 35% ( 2 Bronze )

Helmet and Body Armor (Tier 2 armor) Allow to receive 20% less damage from pistols AND SMG,s. does not work in high caliber weapons such has Bolt action rifles and LMG,s. ( 4 Silver )

this is a Brainstorm, some items above may be not good ideas at all, but its shown that we might get something new, and stop using only binoculars AND water flasks. giving more options for both supply slot and Gadget slot. For time to time its interesting press the same key. Because otherwise good ideas will die in this forum.

Fortifications are going to have to be made a whole lot stronger before I can agree with anything additional to counter them. In addition, I see a lot of the suggestions are to replace things that engineers are SPECIFICALLY in the game to do.
Barbwire, Check
Ammo boxes, Check

Far too overpowered. Its already nearly impossible to stem the tide of troops rushing through the doors, we do not need additional roof access.

A LOT of this stuff is already covered by a perk somewhere along the line. Otherwise by an existing character type. I cannot say that there is anything on this list that I can agree with except perhaps the mine removal gear. That’s it.

the main reason for this topic is to shown DEV,s and the comunity that we may get alot of new stuff in those two slots.

They’re working for more stuff for those slots already.
To help your case, I would suggest coming up with things that have balance in mind. Not just thinking about what problems it could “solve” but also what problems it would likely create. If its strong enough to counter an entire squad effect by itself, its probably overpowered.

Example:

While disarming mines could be useful, also take into consideration how much it takes to set mines in the first place. AP and AT mines cost 2 silver orders each, take time to set, and to set multiple you have to cycle through each of your characters and manually place them.

What you are proposing is for 1 single silver order, every soldier that has this has the potential to clear an entire mine field. That is a huge imbalance.

Almost everything on your list has a similar situation with it.

has for the price, it,s DEV,s business to think about it, and to be sure they are prety expesive so better be worthy of it. but in my opnion the Tier 2 disarming kit cost 2 silvers and give alot less chance of dying in a mine, because you find it. whitout the mine detector it will be a lot more dangerous, so the disarming kit may fail some times.
