Then could you please plant more trees and shrubs on the beaches of Normandy, in the deserts of Tunisia, in the urban areas of Berlin, beside the factories in Stalingrad, and beside the walls of the monasteries?
Then, should other buildings that do not match the style of the maps be added to these maps? For instance, the thatched houses in the Pacific Ocean or the bamboo stilt houses in Myanmar?
I think this also falls under the category of game’s conventions and gameplay
It will make these maps more interesting, more detached from history, with more destructible buildings, more gameplay and more offensive routes.

Three other points:

First, the soil in Manchuria is black, consistent with that of the Russian Far East.

Second, the fortresses built by the Kwantung Army along the border were mostly partially buried in the ground, unlike the machine gun bunkers commonly seen on the Normandy beaches shown in the screenshot. This was to reduce the effectiveness of bombing. There were also many underground fortresses.

Third, at that time, most village houses in Manchuria were made of adobe with thick walls. Wooden walls were uncommon because they were less insulating than adobe and could not withstand the long, cold winters of Manchuria.

khm . . . that’s not quite true

I just hope the city is piled up more densely, not just half a street… It has to look like a city wrapped by city walls,Neither Myanmar nor the Pacific islands nor the new map gives such a feeling

Hot chocolate

Pre-commumist Russian/European style brick architecture actually feels rather organic for a city like Harbin in 1900s

Can you compare the size to a already existing map? Is it comparable to burma or perhaps moscow?

Well.

If it were fictional, would you allow the monastery map to display Islamic signs or signs of Mongke Tangri?
Placing Mongolian tents in Stalingrad and using the Greater Germania map in Berlin?

Or shall we change the name of this new map to Vladivostok? I think Chinese players can be more likely to accept it.

the answer i was after was:

“no its here instead”

hopefully we have assassins creed shadows moment and they allow it to be destructible.

Looks partialy-burried to me…?

Merge is when every single faction merged into one indistinguishable faction :robot:

Moscow maps are usually older so they are smaller (but if future revamps of some of them happen, then they may be adjusted, like Kahif Cave Village’s rework). This new Far East front is more comparable to Burma’s size than Moscow if you’re referring to the playable areas for all missions.
