Do you get to keep the squads from the event or are they only available for a limited time?

You keep them once you unlock them.
And they are very much amazing squads. I’m having more fun than I reasonably should with them.
I hope they do more stuff like this in the future.

When event squads looks better, and might even perform better than regular squads.
I need to rename the leader of my SAS squad Sir Christopher Lee. So he can go metal on nazis faces.
