The game does not come with a manual as far as I am informed - there is no link to an online manual a getting started etc. It also seems the forums do not have stickies per se in this forum.
Your information should be a sticky so people can easily get to it especially beginners who just downloaded there is so much more strategy than whats in the tutorial - Of course people can google stuff and search on youtube but there needs to be an official getting started website link which it seems your info should be able to be accessed from this site.

If you click on News … the News forum stuff there is a PINNED post that stays at the top maybe talk to the developers and see if they will pinn you links …
