Hello, I came back to play the game. Used to play a bit before Japan got added and now I come back to enlisted and am bit disapointed that it has so little costomization options compare to other nations.
First of all I ask why Japan lack those outfit switches according to battle fronts?
Its the only nation that lack this free outfit costomization depending on front and it very much could have them.
Now to each costomization options.
Ideas:
Tank crew:

Tank crew costomizations
winter helmet - with coat it would be good for front with russians
More uniforms and boots options and especially option to wear tank goggles on top of both the helmet and cap which is missing in the game
-those sets should just be free outfit switch as well as buying individual things as it is with every other nation
Also the current tank helmets seems kinda wierdly modelled / wierdly fitting tbf compare to irl :
Pilots:
Pilot costomization
Again basically no costomization option for the head not even goggles above eyes:
Like whats even the difference there?
I very much miss the most clasic and stereotypical pilot hat with fur which is on like 90% of ww2 era photos
As well as options with goggles out as well as with cap wings out as was often worn this way when hot
And of course Hachimaki which was common amogst pilots both with and withou cap, goggles or goggles out
Then balcava or scarf costomization option
Unifrom wise its also very limited with options to be added:

With infranty there are more options, but still a lot more can be added and as said at the start the free outfit switch option should be added to all units as it is with other nations.
Game is completly lacking any form of Navy uniforms, caps, helmets of IJN marines, sailors and paratroopers that very much too part in many fights over the pacific on land etc.
Wearing cap under helmet to the back unlike their IJA counterparts:
IJA in game cap to the front
IJN cap to the the back (if worn with cap) and also tied in the back.
Also all Japanese helmets in game are insecurely tied should not be tied just single strap like in game.

especially the two on the left are even darker than ones in game:
Leaves helmet costomization.
It does not need to be like whole set bush level like the premium sniper squad (that would disadvantage the people that have the premium squad) but at least the helmet with leaves on should be very much an option to costomize.
Japan used camoflage a LOT. And its only fair if other countries have camoflage helmets such as americans with theirs
Or germans and russians with their white ones for winter
Multi color camoflage:
-its currently locked behind pay wall with giretsu premium units that all famously used this camoflage.
- But imo if someone wants pay gold/costomization points to give it to their regular squad they should have that option.
Since other nations have that option too or even have it as base camo for their free units and that is rather unfair:
Winter uniforms:
Imperial guard insignias on caps costomization (which also fought in battles outside of Japan):
Rare helmet types :
Body armor:
Would be great for some special premium squad with extra HP. Altho not sure how much helmets and armor actually protect the soldiers in game.
