I alerdy have my theory about light vehicles.
scout squads should be 3,4 or 5 men in a jeap or motorcycle so it abble to quick lauch a strike in the enemy position. not strong enough to take it, but fast enough to harras it.
while halftrack squads should be mobily rally points, that will go to hell if hit by a tank main gun.
about fast vehicles, think about the PUMA, in normandy. it will work just fine if it is only another tank.
imo anti tank rifles would be armored vehicle nemesis

I’d like to see them in the game but I don’t think adding an open top explosion pack magnet to the urban campaign is the best choice.
I had explosion packs thrown at my motorbike in Tunisia.

By that logic we shouldnt add tanks then.
These nimble AFVs could dodge explosion packs much more easily than tanks, and they can just be used as a support weapon

Tanks have good firepower and armor at least.
Unlike halftracks that lack firepower and have minimal protection.
If they have room for manouvers. Judging by how berlin looks like, I doubt they will have it.
The main advantage of APCs is speed. How will they use it in the urban combat?
(Also smallarms peotection is it’s strong point but it doesn’t count as everybody can be equipped with OHK AT device.)
Yes and no.
Yes cuase its new campaign with new campaign level (since Df refuses to touch the camapign levels once they are released). No as it is another Berlin and vehicles/ tanks have a hard time there.
Guess Africa could be a better place but well I am just a dumb whale and not part of the snail team.
They have the BA-11 in game for Moscow as a premium squad, so it isn’t entirely possible. It’s considered a tank squad though.
