well here in the game they are rather lacking in power because less anti infantry power than regular tanks, but as long as they have HE rounds they can still be decent at it.
i am pretty sure he is talking about how they are implemented in game+how they compare to other stuff already in the campaign. A waste in resources for the player.

i have both stugs and jagdpanzer 70v and i, a humble player, consider panzer70V one of , if not the best tank in enlisted … BECAUSE ALMOST NOTHING CAN PEN IT! and the gun can deal with everything.
the only issue here is the maps they gonna be deployed, since i did use that tonka dozens of times on custom matches, one of my recent 30 tank kill match was using it.
only omer and airfield works wonders , and since most playerbase on US still plays with 75 AP round shooters, tonka will shine.
t34’s have serious issues penetrating panzer 70V . not A , V , in berlin. and on the other hand , it can 1 hit kill is2 easly.
