Yeah i would like to see British, Canadian, Polish and French troops as well. But sadly it looks we will only get Americans. As there is only 8 levels left for total of 40 that devs said they want in every campaign. They would have to change campaign from level 1 and change nations there.

Romanians were nowhere near Moscow, they were all on Southern part of front.
in fact, if the campaigns had sub-campaigns, you could obviously do the sub-campaigns should be smaller than the normal ones, and you could use the already unlocked equipment, on the new squads, of the campaign, and in the meantime you grind those 20 levels that give you the exclusive new nation equipment
the developers have already said that the name of the campaign is a place holder, think moscow is operation barbarossa
Or we can get Fall Blau with Italians, Romanians and Hungarians in one campaign.

— How many campaign levels and missions do you consider enough to have a campaign completed in terms of content?
This is specific to each campaign. We try to add as much weapons and equipment as possible from the battles of a particular campaign, as long as they don’t mess with the balance of the game overall. The current campaigns are expected to have over 40 levels in the final version.
— Apart from the already announced campaigns, what other campaigns will be in Enlisted?
We can’t reveal any specifics yet, but we are planning campaigns in all the key WWII centers, including, for example, the Pacific.
— The extra mission goal of the “Invasion of Normandy” airfield is interesting. Can you tell us what it showed in the tests? Should we wait for more extra mission goals, or even major ones, other than just capturing a point, like having to spin up a machine, or break through a wall with continuous damage?
There will absolutely be new extra mission goals! We are currently working on them and will tell you about them later.

The first weapons and equipment that appear in the campaign are those that were historically used in the battle on which the campaign is focused. They have absolute priority. However, there are situations when one of the sides clearly lacks some tool for good balance. Therefore, we use the following principle of adding content: if equipment and weapons existed during the battles reflected in the game’s campaign, they have a chance to appear in the campaign itself. To put it simply, the same Jumbo was created during Operation Overlord, which is the theme of the “Invasion of Normandy” campaign.
so at least as a premium squad there could be, Romanians or Italians
But there is nothing about “Campaigns being placeholder”.
Moscow is still Moscow, not Barbarossa. If they would wanted to add Italian squad to Moscow, they could have done it with Beretta one. Soo imo there will be no German Allies in Moscow campaigns as they didnt parcipiated in Moscow campaign.
sorry I was eating, the thing is twisted, the battle of moscow is the theme of the campaign (a bit like normandy which is not just america, but the whole operation), but that does not stop them from slapping more in it, thinks that sooner or later the current campaign system will be largely modified, also because they cannot create another 10 campaigns set on the eastern front in 1941, reusing the same assets (nobody wants it) therefore it is very likely that Moscow will become operation barbarossa then for now it is a place holder following the logic (but if they really intend to copy and paste …)
i’m pretty sure that the devs said at least 40 for each campaign so there is a possibility for it to have more levels
the only thing, the campaigns could have 89 levels as well, but I wish there was a multiplayer campaign type RO2 / RS2 where you choose which battle to fight moscow / stalingrad / Leningrad based on where you serve, or want to go (but all in one campaign no multiple campaigns)

I’ve been thinking about that. I DO believe the MAX lvl will be 40…
BUT!
I could bet high they will add sidegrade lvls, a more ramifications campaign tree in the future. Who knows, maybe then we’ll see new squads.
Or there’s still overpriced premiums…

I would love more nations, but sadly i dont think they will add them if they didnt done it until now.
And this is only one of his crazy stories, would love to have him in game, Leo Major was absolute chad soldier.
And Germans could get Alexander Uhlig as theyr Chad soldier. Division he was under is already in game, 91. Luftlande-Division (91.Infantry division in game)
