I’m not sure if it’s a bug or I’m just super unlucky so I am posting it here but I cannot seem to get flamethrower soldier or enginner from the person box? Plenty of troopers, plenty of assault, plenty of radio man, no flame soldier. I have so many ROKS and want to distribute them.

I have 3 flamethrowers, only 1 guy that can carry them.
I have gotten every soldier type and weapon I can obtain, except for flamey boi xD
Literally right after I posted this, I got two engineers in one box and a flame guy in the next. What a game
