Honestly in Berlin I’m seeing DPs as the more prevalent threat than any SMGs.
R U kidding? DP is LMG not PPD/MP’s category.
MG34/42 is so better than soviet/US’s counterpart.
Because PPD is already the result of balance changes. See CBT changes for balancing MP and PPD.
PPD has shorter consistancy while MP has longer due to low firerate.
Also PPD stick better than MP28 is as a whole balance with the later stage, German’s MG34.
Also, do you ever see the damage profile? Those who said able to kill a whole squad in 200m. First, do you have any idea of how far is 200m? Second, the damage drops to 2.4 in 200m, it takes 5 bullets to knock down one, and ~8 bullets to kill one.
It’s the MP that has better damage profile at long range.
And, IRL, PPD/PPSh has better recoil control than MPs.

DP is far poorer than MG in any perspect.
I already get both weapons in Moscow and Berlin. As LMGs, they both OP than other weapons. But MG is especially OP. Too little recoil.

Am I comparing the DP to German MGs?
DP is trash in CQC. Uncontrolable recoil make it have to use with burst. Even PPS dont need to. Also, you havent meet enemies using enemy weapons? A soviet with MG34 has much more threat than using any soviet weapons.
Except in reality I’m seeing the DP being used to greater effect in close quarters than the PPS
yeah im seeing people runnign around b-hopping with DPs. which again, LMGs across the board need higher recoil, slower ADS. They are just big SMGs right now and that’s not fun.

Yes, Its 0.4 less damage than at 100 meters, are you sying you cant hose down a squad at that range, if you hit consistently they get staggered and cant shoot back. But maybe its more like 100 m 
They made it the same as every other semi-auto rifle ammo supply - tough titties for having to “suffer” like everyone else does

Yeah i know…but the fact is, that weapon is far from just simple semi-auto meatcrusher like others…its a hihend, auto-rifle (with semi mode) whats never be equal with G43 or M1 Carbine…etc.
Then why the fu*ck they didn’t add more ammunition to the semi-automatic rifles? Yeah…its the greatest way…unbelievable
