I have no problem defeating one bot in mele. Two are hard but also doable with enough rng.
I preffer it this way tbh. I still have in mind old bots that were slaughtered by a guy with a knife.

well, more like, they reaction it’s okey, and justified.
but not when i’m 2 meters from the bot, which he is giving me his back and somehow turns on 360 just to bayonet me.
that’s… realistically, and physically impossible.

Yeah it was bad before, just like cap times.
Now they are broken in other way.
The main issue is bots now play better than 90% of playerbase

AI is like a low IQ cheater at present. It can always see you through smoke, grass and houses, and aim at you at an amazing speed

The AI is omniscient and bipolar. Sometimes the AI can’t hit the broad side of a barn from inside the barn. Other times they instantly one tap me through 500 bushes even though I’m sprinting specifically to dodge bullets.
They turn instantly when I’ve snuck up on someone to one shot me. The AI makes the banzai more useless than it already is. Not to mention they magically two shot me with a Reising when most players can’t even do that, especially not consistently.
The AI is unironically more dangerous to me than players.

The bots seriously need to have their reaction time turned down a tad when it comes to melee. Even with coming up behind them they turn in a millisecond and run you through. It takes all the fun out of using your axe, so what’s the point of even using it in the first place?
Tru dat, however I see this behaviour as sporadic. I still gets me executions in with my p38, and can pop em, but yeah there sre those elite bots that are in full on terminator mode who nail that perfect, obscene 38% penetration chance shot thru 2 solid walls to deliver that money shot outta nowhere. What we do know is duck into cover outta their sights and the bots reset and carry on with their paving like nothing happened, the I pops up n pops them in their backs…muuuhahahaha. Human player = comes sniff you out and finds your mushroom surprise xxx
