have you tried to bind it on something else?

if not, and the issue still persist, it would be wise for you to make a bug report:

there is little that forum or it’s staff can help you with.

( unless they sended you from the bug report to site and make a suggestion about it )

Thanks to the messed up way that enlisted handles button key bindings priority, anything that I’ve assigned using right bumper is always overridden by free-look. I ended up unassigning free look to fix it

Trust me Im on xbox too and the controls are a little like mashed potatoes although serviceable. Some buttons you have to hold down for half a second to get a response but any longer than that and it doesnt trigger. Definitely not the worst controls but they could be much tighter.
