Need help CBR access on mobile - sorted!

Not sure exactly what changed but I used to be able to access CBR on my mobile, now it’s asking for QR code and I think it is 2FA related.

The issue is my Gaijin account is PlayStation so no mobile number or email address to reset or amend. It takes me to a webpage which wants a QR code, which I don’t seem to be able to find anywhere?

The strange thing is I can still access CBR on Chromebook, bit not on Android mobile any more.

I can’t contact support online and raise a ticket as it asks me to log in. I am scared I will mess up my Gaijin account with over 8-9k hours on this game.

Any suggestions welcomed, it seems PlayStation logs in with its own hidden creds, which I don’t get visibility of…

i would guess there is some option in ps5 where it generates QR code with which you can login to the site…

@Euthymia07-live Hello. Any chance you can confirm or find out how I can get a QR if on PlayStation please?

I went on PS5 in Enlisted in game I clicked on Support a QR code came up, I clicked on CBR link it say invalid QR code???

Ok sorry I figured it out…

Go to Enlisted on PS5, click on Support, use normal QR code reader not Gaijin one, it identified my PS5 account and now logged in phew!
