If you see a thread that has not been replied to in a while, and it is not a thread asking for help that has not been resolved, DON’T FUCKING REPLY TO IT GOD DAMNIT. Threads have life spans, and if one is dead, it doesn’t need to be revived. Just make a new one for Christ sake.

I’d rather have people necroposting than 10 topics a week about exactly the same thing. (Like if it wasn’t the case already.)
Yeah, I agree with @VoyoMayPL . Until not to long ago, we still see how many post about BP reward in this forum per week or how there countless thread about semiauto nerf that basically say the same think, it’s become irritating.
But it’s also true that threads have a life spans. Joining a thread that is a week old is mostly futile because not many people bother to check a thread that’s weeks old. Expect if it’s official thread.
So perhaps it’s acceptable to make a new post after a week or two.
