Nato or Chi Ri Gun difference?

QQ for the Jap gun experts, I want to bring the Nato into my BR4 line up and use it as a form of assault Apc, but not sure the Type I Model II is a competitive (powerful enough) gun, or I just bring the Chi-Ri with Type II Model I cannon

Are there significant differences between these Type I and Type II Guns?

Any reason to use one of the other Chi Ri has 2 HE spammable cannons, like Grant, Mato is assault APC with decent gun.

Chi Ri has a slightly better gun with a higher fire rate.

There is no reason to take Na-To over Ch-Ri.
