As the attacker, you can recover vehicle manpower by occupying strategic points. As the defender, you will have more vehicle manpower base than the attacker.

For example, if a player loses a tank, then the player cannot deploy the tank during the cooldown time. If the player loses an aircraft, similarly, he cannot deploy the aircraft within a fixed time. Kamikaze attacks should be punished and the cooldown time will be doubled.
But his teammates can still be deployed.
We can break it down further and divide the vehicles into: tanks, fighters, and bombers
And add a cooldown time to each type. If you lose a specific type of vehicle, you will not be able to deploy the same type of vehicle during the cooldown time.
This can effectively prevent players from deploying a large number of vehicles to conduct kamikaze attacks in a short period of time in exchange for tactical advantages.
Vehicles are not a person’s prerogative. If your vehicle is destroyed, then go to the ground and play infantry to change your mentality instead of immediately deploying another one.
