My simple and quick solution to the silver order issue

Quite simply, give 1 silver weapon and troop order upon completion of the players first battle of the day.

This is something you could implement very quickly, and would be a sufficient fix without killing your game economy, in my opinion.

Thoughts?

I donā€™t know if that would work. It might be better, but it doesnā€™t solve the problem.

For me, the problem is that where before it was easy to fill a squad, even with low-star troops, now if you donā€™t have the troops or silver you just canā€™t. Silver orders are difficult to come by unless you have elite battle pass, or spend money. All this new system did was monetize yet another part of a ridiculously monetized game.

1 a day seems low, I would prefer players having a slow supply of silver

It would definitely be a start, and Iā€™d down with that. I would then add a weekly Drop for 4 of either Trooper or Weapon if the player say logged in everyday.
Give some incentive to be in and playing.
I have not played since the new patch, and I am still n ew enough here, but I donā€™t want to see them absolutely cripple the game already before it even goes ā€˜liveā€™.

How about they bring the old system back where you buy random troops with bronze orders, but this time you only get untrained 1 star soldiers? Even the bronze order cost could be higher, I donā€™t care as long as I can get more troops.

Honeatly, I just want bronze recruits back. Much more useful for new players.

I think the academy removal was a bad ideaā€¦they could make the troops lvl 1 and only one each time but removing the whole feature? Not a good idea, specially for new players

Although I am not a fan of Troopers needing only Silver orders, the old system was clunky as hell.
I hated having to level them up, then move them around and shuffle all the gear, and then train them.
It ate up, way too much time when I could have spent that time playing.

They need to find their balance.

Simplest solution of silver troop order shortage would be allowing unused / reserve squads to be empty.
Why do I need to tie some of my troops there when I have reserve pool?

I think implement transaction from bronze to silver may work.
Current situation is some kind of ā€œreverseā€ back to start of OBT. Where the more you played dosent make you get more things.
BTW, devs ā€œthinkā€ the daily reward is already the compensationā€¦ WTFā€¦

Yeah, Iā€™m glad there is daily rewards now, but maybe they could make the troop recruitment like 2 bronze or smt, without level and no gear, when it was 1 random and you could get various troops, yep that was also too much
