Any particular reason you’d choose health regen over increased medpack strength?
I can imagine a bunch of soldiers going around on all-fours, embracing their quadrupedal mammalian past

You could say so, i guess having the ability to grow limb back as long as you’re not in downstate is a plus. You can heal over and over again from small injuries and you can save the medpack for when you need it + faster heal time.

That “-40% recoil” perk considers standing as “not crawling” meaning that it also works for crouching (i’ve tested it). Add to that the 81% faster crouch speed perks, a G43 rechambered which has little recoil from the start and the fact that my man is an enginner and he build ammo boxes to keep that hungry 3 round burst G43 fed…

why do you need a perk to reduce vertical recoil?
It just works for me and my setup, the way i have my mouse sensitivity set for 1st person and while aiming, etc. All my soldiers have this perk except the snipers in my sniper squad.

Why change pose speed?
The remaining available perks were not that good, at least i can drop down fast to crawling if there are any bullets flying by

That guy could use the faster concussion recovery perk.

Get rid of your green stats (movement speed and medpack speed), and swap them out for fast construction speed.

Yes and no. Yes you are right regarding that perk for all engineers in an engineer squad. But this fella is asigned to an assault squad so the most time consuming thing he has to build is a rally point which doesn’t take that long. So that perk doesn’t really do much for him
