For stock they have 10rpm difference

That’s even more pathetic than if they both had the exact same rof all the time.

they should really fix this, denerf Mp38, give both Mp40 and Mp38 the same stats except fire rate.
Mp38 gets 500 rpm
Mp40 gets 550 rpm
boom problem solved.

Yeahh same goes to many other guns XD
For example KM Te-4 is described as having medium fire rate (800 rpm) when KM type 100 is described as having fast fire rate (600 rpm) XD
The incompetence is just…
