So I think with one simple and fast magic trick we can fix the US Fighter pilot II in seconds we just move him to BR I 
P40E will become different from the premium one and different from the Soviet one with a simple BR change…

I’d rather see the P-40E-1 get buffed to similar strength to the one in the USSR tree. “Setup 3” suspended armament from War Thunder would probably be perfect:

They dont wanna do this since somehow will interfere with the premium one losing value.
But yes it has options for buffs:
I genuinely forgot about the premium, my bad.
It would be so weird for the P-40E-1 to be different BRs on different trees, but the devs dug themselves into a hole with that premium addition (It’s a relic of Campaigns, I assume?).

Well to me its not a problem since there is premium BF with Germany that the situation is the same but some people cry so going on the BR I road is the easiest solution.

Yes and no.
The premium P40-E1 was a premium for the tunisia campaign which was removed from the store (I believe in preperation for the merge but I could be wrong about that) but it didnt yet had the 500lb bomb.
So the initial buyers bought the plane just so they could fly it in tunisia. But roughly around the same time as the BR 1 tempest got its bomb the premium P40 also got its 500lb bomb added.
So far any change to the P40s could have been made and it wouldnt be scummy as no seller was sold the plane with its current payload in mind. But then the P40 was temporarily returned with the 500lb bomb beeing its big selling point at which point people did buy it for its 500lb bomb so you will now upset a lot of people, who did pay the full 5000 gold for it just to have, it if you mess with it or the TT one.
While I can understand the fuck the paid players mentality some people have you always have to keep in mind who way for the upkeep in an otherwise f2p game so screwing over paying customers is rarely a good option in the long run.
