The Tiger H1 is well balanced in BR IV.
The Tiger E only has an additional machinegun mounted on the top (which barely anyone ever uses anyway) compared to the Tiger H1. You rarely encounter a Tiger E in BR V matches, since everyone is only chosing Tiger II at this battle rating. It is a shame that one of the most recognizable tanks of the second world war is rarely encountered…
So my suggestion is to move the Tiger E to BR IV as well. 
Should be downtiered together with the Sherman Firefly.
Not only that.
The H1 has a terrible cupola. Trough which can be OHK, especially with Soviet munitions, which have more powerful explosive filler.
Plus the H1 has obstructions in the form of grenade dispensers (or whatever it is). Which negatively affect the depression of the gun in the diamond position.
So the difference between the H1 and E tiger is pretty significant.
Honestly I don’t think it’s needed to lower Tiger E to BR4. But I am not actively against it.
Im not against it, however for the record, the main and significant difference with the Tiger E, is how the cupola is changed making cupola shots much harder to make on it. (Plus a little change on the hull but thats situation about gun depression).

Thank you for teaching me i never really knew what their difference was, as i remembered both being on the same BR in war thunder…
I have no clue how it used be (BRs in WT are changing all the time, to the point it’s kinda annoying to always fix lineups).
But in ground realistics at the moment, H1 is 5.7 and E is 6.0.
Plus in war thunder, Tiger E has acces to APCR with ± 210 pene if I remember correctly.
Or they could just add BR6 already so that BR5 isn’t a cluttered mess full of stuff that doesn’t deserve to be BR4 but still isn’t good enough to compete with BR5
Terrible take, BR6 is nonsense. ±0 MM is much reasonable.

My only gripe with this is that if the matchmaking ever decouples Br4 from 5 then the H1 would become obsolete as it’d be competing with an objectively better version of itself as well as the Panthers it’s already competing with. Given how things are now though, with Br4’s separation from Br5 being nothing more than a distant prospect… sure, I guess 
Tigers 2 less then 500 built compared to 50 000 Sherman’s god knows how few kt h built
But then half of BR5 is still gonna be stuck in a limbo of obsolescence.
I dont know - Pershing is a better Panther, and Panther is a better Tiger.
I would rather like to see Panther being moved to BR5, than Pershing being moved to BR4.
Panther is far worse than tiger, it’s extremely situational. Meanwhile Tiger is extremely versatile and good in pretty much every situation.
