Move the Sniper Carcano M1891 to BR1 and improve it's rate of fire

Should the Carcano M1891 sniper be moved to BR1?

The Sniper Carcano M1891 is currently located on BR2, but this gun should not battle rating, and could be both moved to BR1 and buffed. This is for a few reasons, with one of the main being that the normal Carcano M1891 is on BR1 yet this one isn’t for some reason. Also, the rate of fire is actually slower than the original M1895 at 44 RPM, although this doesn’t make all that much sense in my mind since it is the same exact gun just with an optic mounted onto the side, there weren’t even any changes to the bolt like some other bolt action snipers did. Another reason is that the Sniper Carcano Mod.38 (7.35mm) is on BR1, and for only 0.7 damage lower, reloads 0.3 seconds faster and has a much faster rate of fire of 62 RPM. Here’s a table with the stats of the 3 mentioned weapons.

So therefore, for those reasons, I propose to move this gun to BR1 and adjust it’s rate of fire to 55 rounds per minute to match the speed of the normal M1891. @Euthymia07-live had commented on a similar post I made from a while ago saying it is BR1 now, but it is still BR2 for the time being. I think this was just confusion about what was gun being discussed or something similar, but I hope this post is clearer.
