You can still use chi nu at br 3 if you want… this just lets it also be used at br 2. There’s plenty of tanks with nearly identical stats to other tanks in the same action and tier. Have you seen the American Sherman’s?

This isn’t a br 3 gun btw. It can barely pen br 3 tanks and can’t pen br 4 tanks.
And the m24 is a br 1 tank with currently a br 2 gun. It has the same armor as the m5a1 and it doesn’t currently have apcbc.
M24 has similar armor better mobility and a coax. Aci has way better armor and the best machine gun in the game. T28e is more survivability better reload and a ton of machine guns. Panzer 3 j1 has the same pen much quicker reload a coax and better armor. M8 Scott has similar anti tank penetration with double the reload rate and a 50 cal and better mobility. I could go on if you’d like.
it is a br 3 gun, very similar to the sherman gun. shermans reload faster but chi nu has more explosive filler, penetration is nearly identical
Sherman gun has better reload and angle performance. Also Sherman’s don’t face other Sherman’s and kv1. They don’t require the greater penetration needed to reliably face those tanks.

You kinda made ur entire argument irrelevant with the first bit. The m24 is not open topped or a tank destroyer. You don’t seem to know what ur talking about.
Oh also saying name one tank (besides 3 tanks) for a single faction kinda implies ur argument was void to begin with. Cuz ur argument only works if you ignore almost half of the tanks of that certain faction along with all the tanks of the 2 other factions

Wow incredible stat that is entirely untrue. M24 has an equivalent armor stat of 50mm on the entire front of the turret and hull. Check it out in game if you’d like instead of looking at pure armor value without accounting angling and armor positioning.

The grant and Lee have better reloads. Better armor. Have 2 cannons. More crew. Coax machine gun. And the 37mm is more than enough to kill the majority of tanks and it also has double the reload rate of the chi nu gun.

Doesn’t have a coax machine gun. Has a worse cannon than majority of br 3 tanks. Only has 50mm of armor on the hull and turret. Those are some pretty good reasons I’d think
a 37mm that takes multiple hits to kill the crew of the chi nu while the chi nu tanks one hit

again the 75mm requires you to turn the entire tank and cant zoom making it point blank
You rlly need to learn about angles man. It’s gonna blow ur mind. And yes I’m comparing the rate of fire to one cannon that has double the rate of another. And the engagements are typically at most 300 meters why do you need more zoom. And if you do need more zoom just change vehicle fov.
You’re argument feels like one made by someone who’s never actually played any of these tanks but heard a lot about them.
