The Ki 61s are fighter planes avaliable on B4 Japan, one in the tech tree and the other as a premium. While they are decent planes, they are currently pretty overteired. These planes were based off of the BF 109 (E or F series I think) and is pretty similar in a lot of regards, but quite different in others. The flight performance of these planes is rather similar to other nations’ fighters rather than the normal quick turn speed Japanese fighters. As for armament, Both Ki 61s have dual 100kg bombs, two 12.7mm machine guns and a pair of 20mm cannons, and the TT has a fairly normal amount of rounds for them, however the premium is much weaker, as it only has 240 rounds total. For BR4, both these planes are horribly underpowered, where planes at BR3 like the Ki 100 and P51 D are statistically much better - equivalent or slightly better guns, similar-ish flight performance, and much larger bombs (both have 250kg bombs in comparison to the 100kgs). So therefore, I suggest the both the Ki 61-II and I are lowered to BR3.
