Lets move Ki-61-I-Hei and Ki-61-II-Otsu Kai to BR III that will give Japan the needed variety in BR III and prevent this aircraft from being obliterated by Jets.

Normally in the past Ki 61 was better option then Ki 100 since its good against US planes and bad against British planes and most of the times you face US planes and the Ki 100 also cant beat the British planes so why use the Ki 100. But now we have the soviets in the game and the Ki 100 skyrocketed in value compared to Ki 61 and the Ki 61 also is stuck on a very bad BR for this airplane and it should be moved to BR III since neither the premium or the TT now is better then the Ki 100.
Its very good aircraft in war thunder and super iconic but here its underperforming in war thunder normally Ki 61 is better then Ki 100 here its the other way around the more time passed the Ki 100 value increased with the more variety of enemies being introduced while the Ki 61 value decreased do to events, TT changes that introduced more and more UK aircrafts and now with the Soviet planes that are also very good at dog fights the Ki 61 value gone down and its payload also is not amazing. The only good things is the ammo capacity that is iconic to Japanese aircrafts. But its average plane very similar to the German BF 109 with worse stats but more guns but since Japan lacks planes at lower BRs that perform good a high altitude this one will be very welcome variety in BR III.
The premium variant is a bit better then the TT but its also underperforming since its Ki 100 with smaller bombs.
