Fiat G.55 doesn’t have a spectacular armament (1 x 20mm, 4 x 12,7mm, 2 x 100kg bombs) or speed.
However other planes in the same category are far more dangerous like P-38J-15 (1 x 20mm, 4 x 12,7mm, 6 x M8 rockets) specially against infantry and also far faster. And there is also the P-51D-5 (4 x 12,7mm; 2 x 500lb (227kg) bombs) which is faster and better against infantry and tanks.
Even the japanese “Ki-100” has far better armament (2 x 20mm, 2 x 12,7mm, 2 x 250kg bombs).
So there is only 1 solution I am willing to accept: lower the BR of the Fiat G.55 to BR III!

German/Italian airplanes usually have really out of place BR which usually a whole or even 2 BR higher than they deserved to be for their actual stats that i have no idea why.

Would like to see the Fiat get fixed first.
It is currently the most broken aircraft in the game because it vanishes after 1000meters or so.
The rendering makes it invisible?

Yes it has some rendering problem that you cant see it in the distance only below 1000 meters sometimes even less.

Maybe thats the feature thats why they put it in BR4… but really i want that plane on BR3.
I unlocked a lot of stuff in game that i dont wven use because it was placed in B4
No, it’s probably the best prop plane in the game, there is nothing wrong with it, cannons, bombs loadout is decent so long as you hit targets, just need the 109F4 given a bomb and we have enough BR3 imho
I remember that plane… it used to be in my setup before k-4 got 250kg.
it was really good plane whenever I had to deal with USA plane spammers. But looking at its stats I think it can actually go to br2 against event spitfire. but Br3 also would be nice since devs insist on not giving any bombs to f4.
I mean if the spitfire LF mk IX is BR 2, the fiat is WAAAAAY too high
