Since the High Caliber update it’s seems like there is a negligible sweet spot you must hit to get it right.
Otherwise it looks like this …
Mounting only works when you go prone, otherwise is completly trash, even worse than before the patch.

I started to think that devs hate lmgs and these are all intentional but secretly.

I rather go crouching and hipfire the objective, apparently MGs are more effective that way

this was the issue even before the patch. only way MG-s are useful is if you are using BAR, or if you are going prone. recoil is trash when you mount it while crouching or while standing.

I’m starting to think that this game actually implements a higher amount of effective firing range on SMGs rather than MGs
