More variation for buildable sandbag walls

I’m a lover for fortifying positions, so any and more additions to that is what i crave the most, my most recent annoyance is that we only have one type of sandbag wall, even though there are more in the game!

I know there are :

Tall walls

Tall walls with a closed window

Tall walls with a open window

Very small wall
( Knee height )

Why can’t i build them ? Even though they are already in the game ?
So many time I’d would’ve loved to have that option but no no, no fun allowed for me

Come on it can’t be that hard to make a second sub menu when you select a sandbag wall

ex: press x to open sandbag wall options

Also why when we build a mg nest we need also build a sandbag wall in conjunction? Would be very cool if we could just build a mg on a already placed sandbag wall, it would vibe with the addition of new sand bag constructions

Also also , if we could build level 2 constructions sthat cost more and require more time to construct such as:

Shielded mg

Stronger sandbag walls that don’t get destroyed by a single no-fun pack

Ammunition box that replenishes special ammo ( or a special new construction for that)

Rally point that can spawn more than 1 squad before cooldown

Bigger caliber AT gun

Better performance for the AA (rotation speed)

Stronger and more damaging barbed wire

Would be a wet dream for us engineers enjoyers :slightly_smiling_face:

MG are already overpowered, I don’t think it’s such a good idea to make it even stronger.
I personnaly think outraging to see Allies have acces to MG42 in MG nest and have it on the fixed spot map nest during defense.

I wish they adapt the MG used in MG Nest to the map and to the nation.
One easy way to choose is to pick the MG from the tanks use by the faction.

For the different types of sandbags it could be cool indeed. Those are very usefull engineer skill that only few people use.

I totally agree that there should be more variation for engineer to build depends on the situation and the battlefield. Also, I think it would be nice if we can upgrade a already built building such as upgrade sandbag for more height, barbed wire for stronger one, AT gun for better accuracy etc. Be creative!

Also, I think we should be able to order building without switching to an engi and have hammar on my hand. Just like radio operator whom we can call arti without switching to them, we should be able to do same for engineer.

But to be more serious, yea it could be nice to give order to build stuff to your squad… since it’s a MMO Squad FPS game, where you are the squad leader

I understand how it would be broken.

i vibe with that too, it’s kinda infuriating to see Americans, Russians and British all use mg 42 and flak 38
it’s already time for them to replace those placeholders with their actual intended
Equipment, of course there would be a little bit of discrepancy since each respective equipment would perform differently than the other but that’s fixable.

The sandbags in windows and walls, are built same way,
get it showing green on the sandbag/wall/window, then just draw/move your mouse up and down, to make sandbag wall bigger etc, need s to stay green to build it though, is this what you are referring too?

Don’t believe you can just make, a freestanding tall sandbag, without a wall etc

Also knee height one, comes, when you build in a V shaped trench/unlevel ground

I’d frankly prefer a customizable radial wheel so I can limit or increase the number of buildables to choose from. Honestly, the ones we have are already very practical, more are nice, but unnecessary.

Nah, i was just listing the ones i know for certain are in the game and what I’d like to be able to build

Yes this is all unnecessary compared to what this game needs fixed but from my experience, it’s easier to get added a useless addition rather them doing something about these game issues
