I think enlisted should have a saber type that can be unlocked and is not a event weapon. The saber can one shot (more like slash) and is less heavier than the axe. I mean the Japanese have the shin gunto so wat for the Germans, soviets and the Americans have like that? Well nothing.

Basically, to continue the theme, the US had a machete.
Russian checker, which is presented in the game was in the RKKA cavalry, which still existed during the second world war.
If not to destroy the unique content, the Germans and Russians can just give different variations of cleavers.

When you don’t have a weapon, you have to find solutions. Although I’ve heard of a successful night attack where the Chinese were able to slaughter a lot of Japanese with these swords, it’s a big cleaver, a very dangerous weapon.
