While we are in the last day of the war in the west, the Pacific remains in the first month. I really hope someone is working on adding more Pacific progression. Not to mention that the equipment of the last days are used in the battles where the Springfield 03 was most prevalent. I hope someone is working on Wake Island, Solomon Islands swamps and jungles. Peleliu’s landings, airfield, cliffs. Iwo Jima’s Landing, volcanic desert, Volcano Mt. Suribachi, airfield. Okinawa.
It’s been forever since the Pacific came out and we are still stuck on Guadalcanal

And it really doesn’t matter lol, I can literally said that Normandy and Battle of Bulge are in Western Europe.
I mean isn’t the bulge in the ardennes and normandy the coast of france?
there’s a difference there in biome and also time; whereas the biome of the solomon islands is fairly consistent of “beach” “tropical forest”, maybe tropical plains… the maps are bad at showing the solomons quite frankly, should have some palm oil plantations;

eh; they’ll have slightly different colored rocks and foliage at least, different architecture as well.
really I think either Thatch huts or a IJN/IJA barracks is kind of dull.

they might; but they’ll probably have a different blend as there was a lot more development on okinawa;
(I mean there was a lot more development on Guadalcanal than was shown in the maps we have in game but there was even more than that for a lot longer on okinawa).
Nevertheless Okinawa will still have beach, forest and plains.
For the architecture, current Pacific map did have different blend.
