During World War II, they produced proportionally enlarged replicas of various small arms carried by soldiers for instructional purposes. I think mounting one of these on a tank would look absolutely awesome.

It would be great if those purely decorative infantry‑weapon props could be picked up and used during battles, just like the lootable lunge mines we can find on Pacific theatre maps

NO, but as customization stands most of it is poor value. Bushes and sandbags are the most egregious and Ive never bought them as a result. However Ive bought lots of Camos for vehicles (IMO) but as it stands I see no point in putting them on “neat but non meta” vehicles because their costly.
