Airborn operations are quite interesting.
but can we get new ones?
maybe infiltration squads for every nation, that have unique mechanics. like the use of siliced weapows. (aleady in game in normady AND tunisia)
or we can get Marines that deploy in a boat. anywhere in the map. has long there is watter.
my guesses is good has mine. what kind of especial operations squads you like to have, and what especial traits it must have.

Paratroopers already cause enough issues as there is.
The ability for defenders to actually fortify needs to be buffed significantly in order to counter even THOSE let alone even more squads like them.

I know they tough, but i sugesting something free. (like no money in).
for exemple, a Marine squad that deploy by water caould be a no premiun especial operation squad.
also. infiltration squads should have for exmple 3 mine slot,s so it operate behind enemy lines to deploy this traps near the tank deploy area.
but that,s just exemple. lest debate for a while.
I love the idea of the Marines i think it could be really funny to use but sounds like a really premium 50€ squad hahaha, also the infiltration squads with specific mechanics could be awesome…
Might have an unpopular opinion but…
I really hope not.
Event squads force you to play every day, or almost, for a month, with the requirement to make between 10k to 15k xp per day.
It’s really no different than regular progression then, except that it comes with FOMO, and that players who joined late, or just cannot play everyday, will probably never get.
I prefer regular tech trees stuff, or lil, short and sweet events like the last one that gave Astra lux.
My opinion anyway.

Here’s the thing.
It doesn’t need much, but it should exist in the science and technology tree, even if it is weaker, not to mention that paratroopers have greatly affected the game environment.

One thing I noticed and HATE recently is that Darkflow changed it so that when a cap zone flips and the grey zone moves, all the stuff I built in that area just magically disappears, all the barbwire, ammo, and czech hogs are gone. Even if they are just a foot out of the zone on a road or something to block enemy tanks.
It is especially infuriating when you are on that back and forth game mode when either side can cap the zones and push back.
Turn it back to how it was before guys, just destroy rally points when the grey zone moves. I want my traps and mines and stuff to stay and slow them down. Playing defense suck enough as it is. Don’t give me more reason to quit out of match. Lol if I already have marshal status, I just might. IDGAF about my point stats after that.

The thought process is to let you have it back so you can build up the next area.
Believe me, you won’t find someone that agrees more than me.
It really sucks that as defenders, we have to GUESS where we are going to fall back to, let alone have time to set up in advance.
As far as I am aware, mines do persist. However, you rarely get a chance to put enough of them down to really make any kind of difference.
