Yes i get the f2p model
I am not nieve i regularly play mobile games and sports games and buy game packs.
However absolutly everything on enlisted, you have to pay money for - big time
Want a new upgrade?
pay for it
once you upgrade want to use that upgrade for new equipment? pay for it
but wait you need soldiers to use it? pay for it
wait, you need the extra slot to bring the soldier in… pay for it
Im already 15 euros in on one day, just to literally upgrade to getting one extra sniper slot and a few other logistic upgrades…
Its such a money grabber
And they are so expensive, minimum pack is 5 euros…
Or you can just play the game and unlock it normaly.

Just play the squad to unlock upgrade.
Just play the squad to unlock the weapon level. And then use bronze order to upgrade your weapon.
Just play the game to earn silver order. If you have never done the achievment you can get silver order too as a reward too, it’s good for new player.
Just play the squad and spend the exp on soldier slot.
If you like the game, consider then puchasing a Premium account to cut by half the time spent on the grind.
Battlepass is good too for silver order if you struggle to get a lot of exp in game, and therefor struggle to get silver order.
The rest is not necessary.

So you didn’t take your time to figure out how the game works and instead bought things that can be obtained for FREE, with minimal effort (outside of later unlocked squads)
Just go play a few matches and boom, new level, new goodies
Earn Silver / Bronze orders to be able to purchase and upgrade said new equipment
Again, Silver orders to purchase new soldier, bronze to upgrade (If you have the proper upgrade unlocked for their squad)
Play the squad and they will gain levels which you can spend in the blue (squad), red (soldier), and yellow (weapon) trees.
RIP those 15 euros which could’ve gone towards Elite BP.

Almost anything in game has to be paid EITHER with money, or your time playing.
Which of the two you value the most, your choice.

i didnt play the campaigns
are they needed?
and yes ive played the actual teams mode multiplayer for at least 4 hours
In everything in your life, you should take some time to understand instead of rushing for it
No need to spend all your money on a game that you didn’t even know what is it about

OKAY the mistake i did was i wasnt in campaigns mode
ive moved to campaigns and im in pacific mode level 3
only thing is the squad im using its all different i need to build up from scratch their squad capabilities etc
does this mean that when im finished with pacific campaign i will have to use a different squad and that squad again will have to be built up from scratch?
i dont understand
i paid 15 euros now to get some upgrades
but in pacific campaign im stuck with 0 upgrades as if i never paid it
surely if you go for premium you should have it throughout the perks and the upgrades
Each campaign is a set of map, weapons, and upgrade to get. In pacific campaign, for exemple, you will play japanese or american and you will have tanks and weapon that was used in this operation theater. (it make sens, you won’t play any PPSH and any soviet at japanese war)
When you play in a campaign, you’ll get XP that will make you progress in the said campaign, letting you unlock new squads, soldiers, and weapon.
If you go on an other campaign, you’ll have to grain it separatly
Each squad got his own XP bar that let you get upgrade for them. You get this xp by playing the game (yeah, you seem to have a problem with that, but you have to play the game to progress it) and it will let you upgrade your squad with soldiers slots, and other things
And yeah, I’m probably feeding a troll, things that may happen

but now in pacific campaign im starting from scratch again
when i finish this campaign will this squad permanently be mine with all upgrades i got?
or if i play pacific again will i need to build them up from start again
You will keep everything you unlock on pacific campaign for ever.
But you won’t have them on any other campaign.
If you leave the campaign to play an other one, and get back to it later, you won’t loose anything, and you will keep what’s you unlocked.

okay its just when i first upgraded it wasnt on a campaign it was on just normal teams multiplayer mode
wondering where that squad is now with my upgraded snipers etc
